"Calcutta Adventure" is the seventh episode of Jonny Quest season one. It aired on October 30, 1964 on ABC. It was written by Joanna Lee, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

While investigating a mysterious ailment in India, Doctor Quest discovers an underground nerve-gas factory hidden within a remote mountain range. A flashback explaining the adoption of Hadji is also covered in this episode.
