William "Bill" Fagerbakke is an American actor who voiced Harry Dunne in Dumb and Dumber.

Fagerbakke's most famous role is as the voice of slow but friendly Patrick Star in the Nickelodeon animated sitcom SpongeBob SquarePants, which has spun-off into theatrical movies and the spin-off TV series, The Patrick Star Show. He is also known for voicing the gentle giant type-gargoyle Broadway in Disney Channel's Gargoyles. He also played a supporting role in the live-action Disney film Space Buddies.
