The Disney Channel, or simply known as Disney Channel, is a television channel that is run by The Walt Disney Company. Ever since it first launched on April 18, 1983, the channel has aired various television series. It aired Wake, Rattle & Roll under the name Jump, Rattle and Roll.
Many child actors (or grown adults playing kids) got their start on the Disney Channel, including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Shia LaBeouf, Hillary Duff, Raven Symone, Ashley Tisdale, and Miley Cyrus. Some of these actually came out the other side as respectable individuals.
