"West of the Pesos" is the twenty fourth and final episode of Hokey Wolf season one, and came as part of The Huckleberry Hound Show. It first aired on October 13, 1962 in first run syndication. It was written by Tony Benedict, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
Hokey and Ding-a-Ling enter Dry Gap Gulch Flat. With some trickery, they arrest Orful Meany, but then Hokey is stuck as a sheriff.
