"The Ransom" is the second episode of Arabian Knights season one, and came as a segment of The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. It aired on September 14, 1968 on NBC. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.
The Arabian Knights intercept Bakaar's guards before they deliver the Caliph of al-Arish to him.
