"The Devlin Made Me Do It" is the third episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season two, and the twelfth overall. It aired on April 25, 2004 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by Jeffrey G. Olsen, Michael Ouweleen, and Erik Richter, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hull. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Devlin.

The producers wanted Devlin's instructional series to be presented as DVDs, instead of VHSes, to keep the series relevant.

The TV ratings weren't allowed to be exact, so they all had to be slightly altered.
