Steven Quincy "Steve" Urkel, better known as Urkel, is the celebrity guest star character in "When Urkel-Bots Go Bad!," an episode of the Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? animated TV series. He is voiced by Jaleel White. White reprises his role as Urkel from the 1990s live-action sitcom Family Matters which aired on ABC for eight seasons, before moving to CBS for its ninth and final season. While White played Urkel from early teen to young man, the cartoon incarnation restores his teenage form. Urkel was added in the middle of season one before the series found its own footing, but this didn't matter because he became a breakout hit and the series slowly restructured around him, so the fact that he's the only one to appear in cartoon form should come as no surprise. The robot he created Urkel-Bot also appeared in the show.
