Shelly is a member of the Neptunes who plays the tambourine and stars in the Jabberjaw animated television series. She is voiced by Pat Parris.
Character description
A dark-haired young woman who plays tambourine and sings backup vocals for The Neptunes. Shelly and the Neptunes appeared in the episode "Shoyu Weenie", in which, after the Chan Clan discovers that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have stolen their hit single and decide to take their case to a higher power. When he's not available, they settle for Harvey.
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated
Shelly and the Neptunes appeared in the episode "Mystery Solvers State Club Finals".
