Robert Frederick "Rob" Paulsen III is an American voice actor, voice director, podcaster, and author. For Hanna-Barbera, he provided the voices of Hadji on the second season of Jonny Quest, and Major Glory in the The Justice Friends segments of Dexter's Laboratory

Some of Paulsen's most famous roles are Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto von Scratchansniff on Animaniacs, Pinky in the spin-off Pinky and the Brain alongside Maurice LaMarche, Carl Wheezer on Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Raphael in the 1987 rendition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on CBS, and Donatello in the 2012 version on Nickelodeon.
For Disney, Paulsen was the voice of Toodles on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse when the character was given a face and voice during the show's 4th season.
