"Quack Hero" is the twenty-first episode of Touché Turtle and Dum Dum season two, and the forty-seventh overall, which came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on July 22, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
Touché feels unneeded after a new superhero named Dynamic Duck does almost all of the heroic work.
