Motormouse and Autocat is a series of animated segments as part of the Cattanooga Cats, produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for ABC's Saturday morning children's programming debuting. It ran from 1969 to 1971, airing 34 episodes that spanned two seasons.
The shorts' second season were featured in their own half hour spinoff show, alongside the It's the Wolf shorts.
In this twist on a Tom and Jerry-based plot, Autocat chases Motormouse, who uses a motorcycle of his own, using different vehicles in order to maintain his job at the Spin-Your-Wheels Garage as a mouse catcher, however, these schemes usually backfire on Autocat.
