"Horn, Sweet Horn" is the fifth episode of The Powerpuff Girls season one. It aired on April 7, 2016 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Emily Brundige, Haley Mancini, Jake Goldman, Julia Vickerman, and Diego Molano, produced by Pernelle Hayes, and directed by series creators, Nick Jennings and Bob Boyle, and voice directed by Jack Fletcher.

Bubbles encourages Donny the wannabecorn to test out Professor Utonium's new invention that will turn him into a unicorn. But Bubbles hastiness leads to unintended horrifying side effects for Donny.

Critical reception

This episode got under fire by the LGBT community, particularly on Tumblr, when it first came out due to its poor handling of transgender issues that the transgender community took upon itself to see, since Donny is supposed to be seen as trans or at least a trans metaphor.[1]
