Soon after, the Three Little Pigs share their terrifying past memories with the Big Bad Wolf and how he "burned up in the fireplace", Hokey, with Ding-a-Ling listening in on the Three Little Pigs, come up with an idea of dressing up as the Big Bad Wolf's ghost to "scare the curls off the pig's tails", after scaring them, they move out the next morning after being convinced that the place was haunted. "Hokey Dokey" is the second episode of Hokey Wolf season one. It aired as a segment of The Huckleberry Hound Show. It first aired on March 16, 1961 in first run syndication. It was written by Warren Foster, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
Hokey and Ding-a-Ling go after the Three Little Pigs' brick house after reading the story. Hokey scares the Three Little Pigs out of their house by dressing as the Big Bad Wolf's ghost, but the pigs learn that the Big Bad Wolf didn't burn up in the fireplace and together, they teach Hokey a lesson.
