Fluid-Man, nicknamed Fluey as a civilian, is a superhero/musician and one of the main characters in The Impossibles animated television shorts. His voice was originated by Paul Frees.

Character description

It seems that he's the leader of the Impossibles. He can turn into liquid, and often uses this power to sneak through cracks or under doors. He can also turn himself into a raincloud. However, he gets turned into gas by the Puzzler and frozen into an ice cube by at least two different villains. He tends to make the most puns of the three.

In the Japanese dub, he undergoes a slight personality change. In it, he speaks in "onee language," (onee kotoba, オネエ言葉). This means that he has an effeminate voice, which was not the case in the original English version, where he spoke like a beatnik. The Japanese version also makes it so that a few of the villains taunt Fluey for being feminine.
