Ranger Smith sticks a flier on a tree hoping someone will see the random advertisement for a kids' skateboarding competition that is rewarding the winner with a hundred dollars. The flier is instead found by Yogi and Boo Boo, and Yogi wants to enter. He builds a skateboard out of a do not feed the bears sign and wheels from a dumpster. Yogi then practices a little, not doing so well. | |||

There are two events, with the teen Hot Dog Hogan doing very well, but he has tough competition with a certain Hamburger Harry, who is really Yogi in clothes he found along the way to the skateboard area.
