I feel like these should be treated as a continuation of the theatrical shorts since that was the obvious intention. HBO Max does treat them as a separate series, but then they've also treated every MGM short with cats as a Tom and Jerry short. It just makes more sense to treat Tom and Jerry in New York as the next series after The Tom and Jerry Show than this weird two-short series. -- -- Signed by James (talk) 20:59, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
