Baba Looey is an anthropomorphic Mexican burro who stars as a main character in the Quick Draw McGraw shorts. His voice was originated by Daws Butler using a Mexican accent.
In the Jellystone! reboot, Baba is a girl called Bobbie Louie, and is Cuban rather than Mexican. She is the head of Jellystone's Small Business Better Business Bureau of Small Business. She is voiced by Jenny Lorenzo.

An elderly Baba Looey resides in an retirement home for cartoon sidekicks in the I Am Weasel episode "I Am My Lifetime"
Harvey Birdman
Baba Looey appears in the Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law episode "Guitar Control," where he hangs out with Peanut. He is later accidentally killed by Peanut, who wanted to mess with Quick Draw's guitars. In "Droopy Botox," he is seen at the crematorium. In "Juror in Court," he and Quick Draw appear in a Kama Sutra book, performing the "Cowboy" position.
Wacky Races (2017) cameo
In the episode "The Wacky Always Races Twice," he played the role of one of the "Low Lives" that Penelope Pitstop had to avoid.

- During production on Jellystone!, Melody Iza, herself a transgender artist, suggested for Baba to be turned into the transgender character of Bobbie mid production. Iza suggested the same change to Loopy De Loop and Squiddly Diddly.[1]
In popular culture
- On 'The Howard Stern Show, Executive Producer Gary De'llAlbate mistakenly called Baba Looey "Baba Booey" when discussing about how he wanted to purchase an animation cel of Quick Draw and Baba Looey. "Baba Booey" then became Gary's nickname on the show.
- In the Drawn Together episode "Breakfast Food Killer," Baba Looey appears as Baba Booey who is waiting in line to become the next mascot of Quackers. He is seen jumping around and attacking people while yelling "Baba Booey."
- In the Daria Episode "Lane Miserables", Trent asks Daria why Quick Draw McGraw always hung around with that "freaky little mule", referring to Baba Looey.
