Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Scarecrow is a 2013 animated mystery horror-comedy direct-to-video (DTV) short film based on the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! TV series in 1969. It was released by Warner Home Video on September 10, 2013. It was written by Paul Dini, Misty Lee, and Len Uhley, and directed by Michael Goguen. The film is the third installment in the Scooby-Doo direct-to-video short film series.
