Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?

Speed Buggy is the mascot of the Speed Bugs and the main title character of the Speed Buggy animated television series. He was voiced by Mel Blanc until his death, being succeeded at most times by Frank Welker.

In DC Comics' 2018 reboot, he came to life after a regular dune buggy was merged with Dr. Blanc.
