"Harvey's Civvy" is the second episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season three, and the twenty-second overall. It aired on July 31, 2005 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by series creator, Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, produced by Evan W. Adler, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hull. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Birdman itself.

After Murro files an injury lawsuit against Harvey, he faces a whole courtroom of his past foes out to get justice.

  • This episode acts as a sequel to the Birdman episode "Murro the Marauder", which was made in 1967, and is stated to have happened the same year.
  • The janitor at Sebben & Sebben also works at Boobies.
  • Droopy is still smiling due to his botox mishap from "Droopy Botox".
  • The Speed Racer property as a whole is not licensed to either Warner Bros. (although they were working on a film at the time) or Turner, although the original anime had been airing on Cartoon Network and Boomerang. At the time, the American license was owned by Speed Racer Enterprises.
