"Pirates from Below" is the eighteenth episode of Jonny Quest season one. It aired on January 14, 1965 on ABC. It was written by Walter Black, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

The Quest compound in Florida is under attack by foreign, submarine-borne agents, who plan on stealing a new undersea vehicle that Doctor Quest is developing for the U.S. Navy.
