"The Fraudulent Volcano" is the sixteenth episode of Jonny Quest season one. It aired on December 31, 1964 on ABC. It was written by William D. Hamilton, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Doctor Quest and his crew investigate unusual tremors on a South Pacific island, only to uncover a secret ray gun base; operated by Doctor Zin hidden deep within a volcano.
