Watcha Watchin'? is the thirty-first animated theatrical short of the Loopy De Loop series. It was distributed by Columbia Pictures on April 18, 1963. It was written by Dalton Sandifer and was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
To help a good friend in need, Loopy tries to make the sheepdog look like he's doing his job in front of Farmer Gordon.
