"The Skies of Bloo" was the unfinished second backdoor pilot for Bloo's Gang, which would've aired as part of the What a Cartoon! anthology TV series, following the first backdoor pilot, "Bow-Wow Buccaneers," which aired on March 17, 1996 on Cartoon Network. It was written and storyboarded by the co-creator, Mike Milo.
Bloo sets up an airline for dogs outside his owner's backyard by flinging them in the sky with a see-saw.
