"The Kissing Burglar" is the sixteenth episode of The Flintstones season three, and the seventy-sixth overall. It aired on January 4, 1963 on ABC. It was written by Joanna Lee, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the creators of the series and the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

When news spread in Bedrock of a burglar who leaves roses and kisses on his victims at night, Wilma becomes smittened on the criminal's exploits. Fred decides to fool his wife by disguising as the Kissing Burglar.
