"The Haunting of Castle Rich" is the third episode (Zillion Dollar Adventures segment) of Richie Rich season three. It aired on October 9, 1983 on ABC, as part of The Pac-Man/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show.

Richie, Gloria, and Dollar investigate a case of missing accounting ledgers in Castle Rich, in which the ghosts of Richie's ancestors are haunting the place. The ghosts are very useful in helping capture the bad guy.

Behind the scenes

• Third segment in the series in which Gloria wears a swimsuit - the first time since Season 1's "Young Irona."
• The title of this story is based on the comic book story "The Ghost of Rich Castle", but this episode's story is more loosely based on the comic book story "The Seance at Spectra Castle" - which also featured Silas Grudge as the bad guy. The comic book story featured Cadbury (who is absent in the cartoon version), but not Gloria nor Dollar (who do appear in the cartoon version).
