"Teen Wolf Punks Out" is the thirteenth and final episode of Teen Wolf season one. It aired on December 6, 1986 on CBS. It was written by Linda Woolverton, and produced and directed by Gordon Kent.
To join his friends on a night on the town after winning a big football game, Scott uses a potion to keep himself from turning into Teen Wolf, but when he has an accident with it, he discovers that not everybody judges a book by its cover.

Behind the scenes
- After twelve episodes, the viewer finally sees why Scott is wearing a letterman jacket, by putting him in a football match.
- Stiles mentions the Werewolf Festival which occurred in "Leader of the Pack".
- In the toy store, it's full of pop culture references, such as the shark from Jaws, the Titanic, E.T. the Extraterrestrial, Spock's Vulcan ears from Star Trek, and Daleks from Doctor Who, Brother Bear from The Berenstain Bears Show (which was also produced by Hanna-Barbera Australia and Southern Star).
