Talk:Zorak (character)
Did that really happen?
In Scooby-Doo! Team-Up #19, it is revealed that Zorak hypnotized Space Ghost into thinking he was a talk show host (a reference to Space Ghost Coast to Coast). I was confused at first, but that did lead me to speculate on one thing.
Did Zorak stage the events of Coast to Coast, or is it something exclusive to that comic's canon? --QuestJ65 (talk) 19:49, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
- To the comic's canon. But the show itself is a fabrication anyway. Moltar and Zorak act like they're prisoners, but Moltar has a wife he goes home to. -- Signed by James (talk) 21:31, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
Disambiguation
I thought we could've avoided that, but I guess with three "Zorak" titles, it was necessary. -- Signed by James (talk) 21:29, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
Species name?
Does Zorak's species have a name apart from him being called a mantis periodically in Space Ghost Coast to Coast? From what I know, Zorak is the leader of the Zorthian fleet in the original Space Ghost cartoon, though I'm not sure if this is either referring to his species' name or the title of said fleet. In some sources that I read, he comes from a planet named Dokar, and his species name might have been "Dokarian" as far as extrapolations go. The only questions I have is where did these two names come from, and which one of them is canon?

- Dokar is named in the first episode he appears in. -- Signed by James (talk) 21:55, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
- Very well. I'm sure the Zorthian name is only used in the 2005 comic series, so I guess that Dokar may have been what was used to describe his home planet (if that is supposed to be where he comes from). --QuestJ65 (talk) 22:15, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
