Hey James, there's a 1991 UK VHS release of The New Adventures of Fantastic Max: Movie Star Max which was released by Tempo Video.

It also contains the Tempo Kids Club Pre-school promo at the start of the tape which features Babar, The Adventures of Spot, Will Quack Quack, The Herbs and Huxley Pig.
