Talk:Sneezly

So I decided to watch a few episodes just for the heck of it, it was pretty interesting. Like Ding-a-Ling, I didn't hear Sneezly's surname be mentioned, meaning it was most likely made up. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 19:55, 27 May 2021 (UTC)
- I finally got done watching this series awhile ago and didn't hear that surname, this series doesn't have comics either (unless your counting that Cartoon Network Presents issue or Breezely's sudden appearance in some Yogi Bear comic issues) I think I'll go ahead and remove Sneezly's surname. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 06:04, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
- If that's the case, then of course it should be removed. It's become an assumption that animals must naturally have their species as their last name, but if there's no evidence to suggest that, then you're (as in general) just spreading false info. -- -- Signed by James (talk) 06:50, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
- I can't really tell why Wikipedia tends to make up surnames for some of the sidekicks, Boo Boo had his surname mentioned before, but most of the time the sidekick characters don't have mentioned surnames, I guess we should go through the series it's self for official confirmation. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 07:57, 9 June 2021 (UTC)

- I guess it was real, lol. Wonder why it wasn't mentioned in the segments? -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 06:58, 19 June 2021 (UTC)
- Do you think it still has any bearing beyond that titled sketch? -- -- Signed by James (talk) 07:12, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
- No idea, would be an interesting thing to add under the "development" section. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 07:30, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
- I don't think that surname is real, I mean, it was mentioned there, but then the original model sheet of the two just called him "Sneezly", so I think it's best if we go for what we're more sure on. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 16:31, 25 October 2021 (UTC)

In the Peter Potamus Gold Key story of Breezly and Sneezly, he's called "Sneezly Seal." -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 01:14, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
- I'm wondering if this surname is relevant enough to include. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 12:45, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not sure at the moment. -- Signed by James (talk) 13:43, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
Surnames
Hmm, considering they've been officially mentioned in some way, maybe we should have them as "Sneezly Seal" and "Ding-a-Ling Wolf?" -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 04:47, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
- I need to look back into that Peter Potamus comic though. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 04:53, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
- I'm not quite sure, I mean, I did look into it, but it seems that it was only a one time mention. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 05:03, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
- I just noticed that in "General Nuisance," Colonel Fuzzby calls him "Sneezly Seal." -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 06:12, 23 March 2023 (UTC)
