Talk:Ruby-Spears Enterprises
I think a lot of the shows could be covered. We'll get to each of them when the time comes. -- Signed by James (talk) 13:00, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
- Yeah. We'll get there soon. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 17:41, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
I've been rethinking this. I don't think we need to cover so many, because so many of those aren't Hanna-Barbera series, so I don't know why Warner Archive has falsely labeled them as such. I know we cover Mike Tyson Mysteries, but that's a Hanna-Barbera series in spirit, while the Ruby-Spears series were made by Ruby-Spears to be Ruby-Spears cartoons. Dink is different because it was Hanna-Barbera's own doing to release it as one of their own, but what Warner Archive is doing them is on them, not us.
So, with that said I have a list this new list to consider: Fangface (Ruby and Spears took what they did with Scooby and put it in Fangface), Thundarr the Barbarian because ever since Harvey Birdman he's been an honorary Hanna-Barbera character, and Dink. I did consider Dingbat because he appears in the Yogi/Deathstroke comic, but I think the best thing for that is simply to have the character page, we don't need to cover the entire series. I think this will benefit us more. The logo from Rambo still has value. -- Signed by James (talk) 12:51, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
- Maybe the Puppy stuff. -- Signed by James (talk) 12:52, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
- Yeah, I agree, but I also feel like we should cover Rickety Rocket (a Scooby "knock-off") and Mighty Man and Yukk (because it was partly inspired by Dynomutt). -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 14:42, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
