The 70s shows are so easy to make thanks to them being short-lived. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 19:51, 27 June 2021 (UTC)

The most embarrassing is Where's Huddles? For the King character, I wouldn't mind if the page was just called "The King." I don't think there's going to be any other character of importance who will be only known as "The King." -- Signed by James (talk) 20:31, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
There was the King from Yippee, Yippee and Yahooey which played a major role and I already pretty much linked him as just "The King", maybe I would have to go back and change his link to "The King (Yippee, Yippee and Yahooey)" while have the King here as just "The King". Where's Huddles? was pretty much shorter-lived than most 70s shows but since it was just a summer replacement show, there's no telling why it only got to at least ten episodes. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 20:39, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
Ah, I see! Maybe the disambiguation should be switched? I mean, they both work for different reasons. Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey's king's name isn't revealed, while the King from Heyyy, It's the King, seems to be as close to a real name as he's gonna get, like Top Cat. -- Signed by James (talk) 20:50, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
Yeah, it's most likely his real name, much like Top Cat (which I just realized the similarities in the King's show to Top Cat's show), I switched out all the links I could find for "The King" from Yippee, Yippee and Yahooey. I thought I remembered his name being mentioned in the first episode as "Harley", but I'm not exactly sure if he said it like that. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 21:09, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
Oh this is kinda of embarrassing, the King (from YY&Y) actually said "The King's army", not "Harley", it's hard to understand what he says on some occasions. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 03:57, 6 July 2021 (UTC)

A series I've been meaning to start on, I might start on making the CB Bears segments' episodes soon, maybe after we're done with Jellystone!? I also want to get into making the Loopy shorts soon. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 17:49, 5 August 2021 (UTC)

Characters

Since they are appearing in Jellystone!, I guess I should start making the characters. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 10:57, 18 July 2021 (UTC)

Intro lyrics

"Hey Hey Hey, it's the King!"
"He has a triple tread of humor and hi-jinx"
"Starring the King and his bunch of real cool characters"

"And featuring that pachyderm of a thousand faces, Undercover Elephant!"
"Along with three goofy ghost in a series of harry scary fast moving adventures, it's Shake, Rattle and Roll!"
"Put them all together and it's a biggg daddy show! Hey, Hey, Hey it's the King!" -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 18:46, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

The Unhappy Heavy Hippo

Unfortunately, the eighth episode "The Unhappy Heavy Hippo" can't be found anywhere online, in the episode according to sources, the others convenience Big H to go on a diet. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 14:40, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

Happy Days

This series is pretty much an all-animal parody of the Happy Days sitcom. Notice our main protagonist here is called "The King", which appears to be similar to "The Fonz". -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 20:32, 24 July 2021 (UTC)

Definitely. I had been thinking of adding that to the intro for a while. -- Signed by James (talk) 20:33, 24 July 2021 (UTC)
That sounds like a good idea to add to the intro for sure. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 20:41, 24 July 2021 (UTC)

Jellystone! crew

This show was so obscure that not even the JS crew knew it existed. They "discovered" it in Warner's archives. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 02:18, 18 August 2021 (UTC)

Villainous groups

Besides the Really Rottens, did Hanna-Barbera actually have any (major) villainous groups? -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 19:31, 25 September 2021 (UTC)

Happy Days

Is each character in the show supposed to be based on a character from Happy Days, or is it just the King who is. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 22:40, 14 February 2022 (UTC)

As a Jellystone! crossover

I'm not sure how much of a crossover this (and others) truly is with Jellystone!, since the latter is a reboot. At least with Yo, Yogi!, you could pretend because a lot of them looked the same, but Jellystone! doesn't even look the same. -- Signed by James (talk) 23:02, 20 March 2022 (UTC)

I guess it probably could qualify under there, despite the canon being of it's own. It's kinda the same issue with Harvey Birdman, though if you believe it doesn't belong, I'll go with it, lol. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 23:14, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
I wouldn't say Harvey Birdman was necessarily canon, but obviously, it very much looks like it could have happened. There's some authenticity in the Top Cat crossover, because it's using the style from the Top Cat cartoon, whereas Jellystone! is not only using a different style, it is completely separate from the Top Cat cartoon altogether. It's a crossover in franchise kind of sense, but a crossover with these series specifically, I don't think so. Although it's just come to mind that Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated was its own thing that had crossovers, that aren't necessarily crossovers with those specific incarnations, yet the crossovers are still listed, so I guess all of what I just said is a contradiction to what I already did myself. -- Signed by James (talk) 08:15, 21 March 2022 (UTC)
It doesn't affect anything that came before, though I honestly didn't have canon in mind when I added that, I guess if it's not too drastic, we can remove it from the "crossovers" section, the only other time I can think of when the animation style changed drastically was in Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 08:37, 21 March 2022 (UTC)

Legacy

The bears and King also had comics. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 00:32, 17 April 2022 (UTC)

I think the legacy section would be good for the Jellystone! crossovers. But the comics should have their own section because it's merchandise. I think I organized it pretty well on Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! -- Signed by James (talk) 08:31, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
