I mean, I guess he's human (If you count "Caveman" being in his name as evidence). It's certainly strange how the Flintstones characters can speak with normal clear voices, while he can only make grunting sounds. -- Snoopy The Dog (talk) 17:10, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
