Samuel George "Sammy" Davis Jr. was an American singer, dancer, actor, vaudevillian and comedian.
He appeared for Hanna-Barbera's 50th: A Yabba Dabba Doo Celebration to congratulate William Hanna and Joseph Barbera on their 50th anniversary of working together.
During his appearance on the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "Pavement," guest Tommy Davidson did an imitation of Davis.
Davis died on May 16, 1990 at the age of 64.
