Oliver and the Artful Dodger is an American animated television movie and a sequel to Charles Dickens' 1838 novel Oliver Twist. It originally aired in two parts on October 21 and 28, 1972 on ABC. It was written by Blanche Hanalis, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.
