"Lights! Camera! Mayhem!" is the twelfth episode of What's New, Scooby-Doo? season one. It aired on February 15, 2003 on The WB's Kids' WB morning block. It was written by series co-creator, Jim Krieg, produced by other series co-creator, Ed Scharlach, directed by Tim Maltby, and voice directed by Collette Sunderman.

A remake of a spy thriller has its production plagued by the Faceless Phantom, supposedly the long-dead movie star Rip Barron. The Gang volunteers with the movie's crew while solving the case.
