"Hum Sweet Hum" is the twenty-fifth episode of Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy season one, which came as part of The Quick Draw McGraw Show. It aired in the week of March 18, 1960 in first-run syndication. It was written by Mchael Maltese, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Augie wants to use Humboldt, a hummingbird, for a live broadcast on television, but unfortunately, Chops, a neighborhood cat, wants the bird for a snack.
