"Fred Flintstone: Before and After" is the twenty-eighth and final episode of The Flintstones season one. It aired on April 7, 1961 on ABC. It was written by Warren Foster, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the creators of the series and the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

To win $1,000, Fred must lose 25 pounds, which is easier said than done.
