Efrem Giovanni Bravo Partible, known professionally as Van Partible is a Filipino-born American animator, writer, and producer, who sold Johnny Bravo as a pilot to Hanna-Barbera in 1995 for the What a Cartoon! anthology, which was aired by the Cartoon Network and continued for fourth seasons from 1997-2004. However, Partible was only involved in the first and four seasons.

Partible was interviewed by Space Ghost in the 1995 Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "President's Day Nightmare," with his Johnny Bravo/What a Cartoon! short up against the shorts of other creators, including Craig McCracken, Genndy Tartakovsky, and Eugene Mattos, but lost to McCracken.

In 2010, he was brought in by Warner Home Video to do special features for Johnny Bravo: Season One, including audio commentaries and a mini-documentary, and then an interview for "Scooby-Doo! The Whole World Loves You," a DVD featurette on Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! The Complete Series.
