Ruff is an anthropomorphic cat and one of the main title characters of the Ruff and Reddy animated television segments in The Ruff and Reddy Show. His voice was originated by Don Messick.
In the Jellystone! reboot, Ruff is now a robot kid and is Reddy's brother.
