"Pursuit of the Po-Ho" is the fourth episode of Jonny Quest season one. It aired on October 9, 1964 on ABC. It was written by William D. Hamilton, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

While going to the aid of a captive fellow scientist in the Amazon jungle, Dr. Quest is abducted – for ritual sacrifice – by a violent tribe of native warriors.
