Behind the scenes

  • This episode was made for Cartoon Network's 20th Anniversary.
  • Dee Dee being a villain may be a reference to the Dexter's Laboratory episode "Comic Relief" where Dee Dee became a comic book villain named Deestructa.
    • It's also ironic considering Dee Dee was never evil in the original show, just annoying.

Errors

  • Dexter's gloves are orange.
  • Dee Dee's ears are missing.
  • Why would Dee Dee cancel her own show?
