Jonny Quest is a young boy and the titular character of the animated Jonny Quest franchise. He first appeared in the episode "The Mystery of the Lizard Men", and was voiced by Tim Matheson, then credited as Tim Matthieson.

He is an adventurer at heart and gets into escapades when he travels with his scientist father, Dr. Benton Quest. He is also joined by his best friend and adopted brother, an Indian child called Hadji, their bodyguard, Race Bannon, and pet dog, Bandit. During the 1980s and 1990s, he was joined by the rock creature, Hardrock, and Race's daughter, Jessie, respectively.
