Joseph Fortgang, better known as Joe Franklin, was an American radio and television personality, author, and actor. From 1950 to 1993, he was the host of The Joe Franklin Show.

He was interviewed by Space Ghost in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "CHiPs."

Franklin died of prostate cancer on January 24, 2015, at the age of 88.
