James Rudolph O'Malley, known professionally as J. Pat O'Malley was an English voice actor who voiced Snively Chizzling in Hey There, It's Yogi Bear! and Chopper in Jonny Quest.

O'Malley died on February 27, 1985 from cardiovascular disease at the age of 80.
