"Gym Rat" is the first episode (part one) of The Tom and Jerry Show season four, and the seventy-ninth overall. It aired on February 5, 2021 on Boomerang's SVOD service. It was written by Wade Randolph, and directed by Darrell Van Citters.

Jerry's strenuous workout at night disturbs Tom's sleep, which results in Tom getting beaten up after he confronts Jerry about it. This causes Tom to work out as well, leading to a wrestling match between the two.
