Chet Boyle is the eldest son and child of the three Boyle kids and one of the main characters in the animated TV series Wait Till Your Father Gets Home. He was initially voiced by David Hayward, but was quickly replaced with Lennie Weinrib.

Character description

Chet is a collage-aged boy with a skinny body and a red mop top covering his head. His clothing consists of a purple shirt, and blue bell-bottom jeans.

He, unlike his mostly old-fashioned father Harry, is a hippie who rather wants to do charity than get a job. As part of the Baby Boomer generation in the early-1970s, his position on social issues tend to skew more on counterculture and a rejection of post-war conservative values.
