Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler is an American voice actor. At Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Network, he is known for providing the voices of Cow, Chicken, and Red Guy on Cow and Chicken, and IR Baboon on its spin-off series I Am Weasel. His other notable Hanna-Barbera credits include T-Bone on SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, and Dripple on Tom & Jerry Kids and Droopy, Master Detective
