Blast-Off Buzzard is a series of animated segments as part of the CB Bears, produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for NBC's Saturday morning children's programming debuting. It ran in 1977, airing 13 episodes.
Many fans call the segments "Hanna-Barbera's versions of Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner", and there's no telling why they do: The segments follow a Buzzard named Blast-Off Buzzard, who tries numerous attempts to catch a snake named Crazylegs, most likely for food purposes.
Also just like Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner, they don't speak and usually just make sounds instead, up until their Tom and Jerry Kids appearances, where they actually can talk.
