Behind the scenes

  • This episode's title is a play on The New York Times slogan, "All the News That's Fit to Print".
  • The counterfeiter's appearance bears striking resemblence to Groucho Marx.
  • The kids chasing a toy airplane inside a building may be a callback to the Our Gang short "Second Childhood".
  • The kids starting up a neighborhood publication may likely be a callback to the 1942 Our Gang short "Going to Press", in which future Hanna-Barbera voice actor Darryl Hickman appeared.

Errors

  • Officer Ed's hair is black in this segment. Isn't he supposed to have gray hair?
